Clear & Honest
What You Pay For
Land. Water. Care. That is what your payment covers — nothing more, nothing less.
Land Use
Your tree is assigned to a specific plot of agricultural land in the Philippines. Your payment secures that space for 7 years. You do not acquire ownership of the land — you pay for the right to designate that space for your tree's cultivation.
Watering
Local agricultural workers provide regular irrigation to ensure your tree receives the water it needs throughout the growing season. Water management adapts to seasonal conditions and rainfall patterns.
Maintenance & Cultivation
Pest control, soil management, health monitoring, and general upkeep. For Tier 2 and 3, this includes inoculation management during the appropriate growth stage.
“You are paying farmers to care for your trees.”
That is the heart of this program.
