Legal & Operational Assurances
Titled Land
The plantation land is owned with a registered title by Dendrotonics. You are paying for documented use of real, titled agricultural land.
DENR-Certified Trees
All agar trees hold Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) certification — a legal requirement for commercial agarwood cultivation in the Philippines.
Licensed Plantation
Whispering Woods operates under a formal stewardship contract with Dendrotonics, a licensed and registered agarwood plantation operator.
After Year 7
If your trees are still alive and productive after the 7-year term, you will be notified. Stewards may renew, extend participation, or receive a final status report.
No minimum purchase. You can start with a single tree (1 Steward Unit). There is no required bundle size for Tier 1 or Tier 2. Tier 3 bundles begin at 5 trees.
Important: No tier guarantees financial returns. Contingent harvest participation (Tier 2 and 3) is subject to biological, market, and operational risks. Your payment covers agricultural services — not a promise of future proceeds. Read our full legal disclosures before participating.
