Submit an inquiry through our website or email us directly. Our team will respond with the full document package for your review.
Review
Read the Stewardship Agreement, Risk Disclosure, and all disclaimers carefully. We recommend consulting a qualified financial or legal advisor.
Sign & Pay
Once you are ready, sign the Stewardship Agreement and complete your payment. Your 7-year stewardship term begins.
Receive Your Service Package
Within 7 days: Certificate of Stewardship issued. Within 30 days: Unique Tree ID + region-level location confirmed. Your documented cultivation service begins immediately.
Annual Growth Reports × 7
Every year of the 7-year term, you receive a formal Annual Growth Report. Seven reports total — documented proof that your trees are under professional care.

Every Steward receives these documented deliverables — whether or not a harvest ever occurs.
All timelines are targets. Actual delivery may vary by operational circumstances. The 7 Annual Growth Reports and End-of-Term Summary are delivered regardless of harvest outcome.
What Happens at Harvest?
If harvest occurs
Trees are assessed for resin maturity, agarwood is harvested and graded, product is sold. Eligible Stewards (Tier 2 & 3) receive their 60% share within 90 days.
If harvest does not occur
No proceeds are distributed. Your payment covered the agricultural land use and services already provided during the 7-year term.
